Phillip Island—Victoria's Natural Attraction.

Phillip Island is famed for its diversity of natural attractions. Just 26k long and 9k wide, the Island packs in a diverse range of ecosystems and landscapes—sandy beaches, rocky coastlines and tranquil wetlands. The rugged southern coastline of the Island offers some of the best surf beaches in Victoria while excellent swimming, sailing, boating and fishing can be found on the protected northern beaches.

The Island is also home to an abundance of wildlife including the famous colony of the world's smallest penguins who entertain visitors with the nightly "Penguin Parade" at Summerland Beach. Seal Rocks is home to more than 10,000 fur seals and visitors to the Koala Conservation Centre can stroll along elevated boardwalks to experience koalas "up close" in their natural habitat.
