RATE STRUCTURE
Weekly Rate: A seven night stay. Check-in Sunday afternoon, check-out on the following Sunday morning.
Weekend Rate: A two night stay. Check-in on Friday, out Sunday.
Long Weekends: All public holidays. Three night stay. In Friday, out Monday.
Additional Night: Add one night to your stay, subject to availability.
*Late Check-out: A 4:00 pm check-out can be arranged subject to availability.
**Cleaning Bond: A $100 cleaning bond will be held. If the house is left in satisfactory order, this bond will be refunded after your stay.
High: February and March.
Premium: End of December through end of January. Easter. Australia Day. Grand Prix week and Super Bikes weekend.
